Site or store ? This site is a training and discovery platform containing a large blog section divided into several categories : knitting, crochet, decoration... It is also a secure online store.
Hardware or digital products ? The store only offers digital products (PDF templates). These are downloadable directly after payment.
Company ethics : the fibers used for carrying out the demonstrations are natural or organic materials, recycled fibers, French balls, sometimes acrylic. It all depends on the renderings I want to get.
Who can buy the items ? anyone around the world who appreciates creation and art, French products, who is fluent in French and has an email address.
Is it a French store ? Yes, it is based in France, more precisely in Périgord.
Purchase condition : there is none.
Payment : you can pay via PayPal. A very secure payment method. Or by credit card thanks to Stripe.
Before any order : it is important to inform you correctly about the products. The details are noted in the description section of each product page. Make sure that the desired model size is available before purchase. Shipping time : digital items can be downloaded directly after payment in the email inbox. There is no waiting time.
Quantity available : PDF templates are digital products, so the quantity is unlimited.
Promotions : promotions are regularly organized during the year on short periods (one to two weeks). These are indicated on the homepage of the online store. You can also benefit from special offers by subscribing to the Newsletter.
Shop reviews : if you are satisfied with your purchases, feel free to add a comment in the review section to share your experience. Making sure of course to remain courteous. Any vulgar or inappropriate comments will be deleted. You can use a Nickname to write a comment. The requested email address is not visible to site visitors, only to the site manager.
VAT : the price of products is displayed in net. There is no VAT applicable because it is a micro-enterprise.
Processing of personal data : no personal information will be transmitted to a third party. It will remain completely confidential. The email address is required to ship the items.
Shipping rates : since the store only offers digital products, there are no applicable shipping costs, nor any special tax or customs fees. Time saving and savings guaranteed !
Returns : for digital models, the "satisfied or refunded" applies within 14 days after purchase by contacting me by email. However, no exchange is possible.
